Dns Issues

I am facing high ping & low speed if I use any dns apart from the default Bsnl dns. I am facing this issue since yesterday and everything was working fine using various dns like quad9,adguard,cleanbrowsing before.Can somebody help me put? Thank you.

I'm using 8888 and 1111 as pri and sec resp.

No latency or speed issues here.

The issue got resolved on its own. Currently using cloudflare
