Well after using 4.2.2.1 , i did'nt notice any change. On the contraty it may have slowed my internet.I'd say stick to 203.94.243.70 as primary and 203.94.227.70 as secondary. Both the DNS are working.
The level3 DNS servers (4.2.2.1) are overloaded catering to its own customers let alone handle additional users. Added to that they are located in the US, geographical distance adds to the resolve time. The end result you have already felt, slower resolving.
Spectra Net are :203.122.63.152, 203.122.63.154Airtel are :203.145.184.13202.56.250.5Airtel ones dont seem to be open Btw i use 210.7.79.193 (my isp's) and 203.94.243.70 - which has a ping of ~15 ms for me dont kno from where it came i just read it somewhere
