I am in Mumbai and I have hardly faced 10 deg C in winter.

But once I had gone to northern state and where it was around 10 deg C and I felt great.

Okay. So, in that case you should feel even colder than that because you live in a hotter climate and usually that happens but may be somehow your body can tolerate the chilly air around that's why you feel great.

May be my body is normally warm so it gets adjusted by increasing internal temperature. And hence I am ok with 10-15 deg C too
