Does anybody Install windows 7 on Pentium-IV using 512 MB RAM

Nope, everything visual is on here , the commit without anything running, (except for the av startup) is at ~900mb. and the physical memory usage stands at ~560mb.

512MB RAM is insufficient for Windows 7. 1GB RAM is the minimum recommendation, and I have seen W7 work pretty well on P4 machines with 1 GB RAM.

I have P-IV, 2.8 GHz, with 1GB RAM. Actually this PC is having Intel 865 Server Board, but yet I could not install W7 in my PC. The installation process starts fine initially, but at the end, it could not finish properlly. Finally when I reboot my PC after installation, the OS could not start, and a black screen appearing with a blinking cursor. Can anybody help me in this regard?

I too have a doubt about Win 7 installation on PIV PC. I am not aware as of now about Hardware configuration of PC.
My doubt is I bought Win 7 Ultimate edition, where I got 2 DVDs for 32 bit & 64 bit types of OS. I have installed 64 bit OS on my laptop, and also activated it. So can I 'officially' install 32 bit version through other 32 Bit DVD on my PC?
If my PC supports Win 7, I would like to install on it, or else I am thinking to upgrade my PC.

I have install Windows 7 in P4, Intel(R)[D845GVSR Motherboard] Premium(R) 4 CPU 2.4 GHz with 1.5 GB of Ram. Even though i am using 1.5 GB of Ram, if i try to install Adobe Software, it goes to blue screen with Physical Memory Error.I am getting only 800x600, 1024 x 768 and 1280 and 1024. In XP i will get more screen resulution. I am not able to play HD movies(720p and 1080p) smoothly, it stuck while playing.

mmm. just because you were provided with both 32bit and 64bit media, it does not mean you have two licenses.
