Does everyone get double in November?

I check the usage through DUF, or through the site:

I have been using broadband for maybe two years now, but in the beginning, when everyone is supposed to recieve an ID and password for a BSNL site, I didn't receive anything, I only got my login username and password. So I don't have a 14 digit portal ID.

Now the site I mentioned for checking usage just shows the total usage, not that whether the person has crossed his download limit or not. This pic you posted, I haven't been able to use that site, but will it show how much MBs are left in my daytime account? When I try to open "bbservice.bsnl.in", it opens a page about IBM HTTP Server Version 6.1.

your IP is 59.xx.xx.xx
Also try at 10.240.16.195
No need for 14digit portal ID for you. only for users with IP 117.xx.xx.xx

Use FireFox browser with Datafox extension. version 1.5
Will show usage till date in status bar.
You can color code in RED to warn you.
if you exceed your day usage. Also other options available.

5. After action in (3) above,
Run Antivirus/antispy program/s.
Check again. Mention modem/router used.
6. Feedback. Start a new thread.

I tried the "bbservice.bsnl.in" again; this is what happens, if I open this address:

The BSNL page will open, but if I open this page:

http://www.bbservice.bsnl.in/

This page opens:

Adding "www" does it; don't really understand it.

As for my IP, yes it does begin with 59.

I dont know whether u r sure that it applies for Chennai circle only and not for rest of TamilNadu. I come under Cuddalore telecom district and they inserted an ad in newspaper announcing double usage. It covers revenue districts of Cuddalore and Villupuram. So its available in rest of Tamilnadu.

One doubt, whether increased usage will be updated by BSNl in usage site? Or it will be just calculated at the end of billing.

Another, whether we need to be in the same plan for availing this offer? I use dataone for 10 months but changed plan before 3 months. Does the offere apply for me?

I agree , I could have made a mistake. But I can only get info from the websites posted by BSNL. If you can give the web site page of TamilNadu Circle BSNL , it will re assure many in TamilNadu, to D/L double quota.(*conditions apply) BSNL Accounts officers need official letter/s
not newspaper advts, or if Cuddalore/Villupuram division has a web site with this news.
If it is a Tamil daily give ref to check Online edition/s
Will Update if I come across any information.
For instance Maharashtra and Gujarat has offered this Bonus Usage for all.

I am almost 14 months old customer having 250 plan. But recently ( 2months back), I have shifted my residence and got the reconnection. There was a 3 weeks delay in reconnection... Am I eligible for this offer.. Please clarify.
