Tried mobikwik once for dominos, I never received that 15% , the transaction is still in my account and it shows, but no cashback in mobikwik wallet or in bank :/

what's the procedure? go to dominos, click on mobikwik payment, it doesn't ask for any codes. enter the amount, pay via dc/cc and get the cashback? if that's it, that's what I did and I never received the cashback.
