Double NAT and Strict NAT

Hi All, I am from Gurgaon and I have Huewai Router provided by Airtel. Getting Double NAT and Strict NAT on XBOX Series. I also set up bridge mode from Airtel Xtreme to TP-Link router and connected Xbox to tplink router but still get same double and strict NAT. Airtel engineers are not helpful. Any suggestions?

Turn on UPNP in your router.

UPnP is on on both routers

Disconnect your second router (TP-Link) and connect your xbox via ethernet to your primary router(Huawei). After disconnecting your second router, restart your Airtel router and try. Don't turn off upnp on your Airtel router.

@Phanindra Musinada Yet to try this but If I do this, then all other devices will stop working. Currently all my other devices are connecting to my TP-Link router including XBOX. Am I missing something in the steps you provided?

Why are you using bridge mode ?

@Phanindra Musinada because I am getting Dooble NAT and also Strict NAT on Xbox. I need NAT Open to host/join multiplayer games. I read somewhere that bridge mode solve this NAT issue.

Yes, it is supposed to solve the issue. But also enabling upnp on isp router will also solve strict NAT issue. It solved for me but I'm on jiofiber. Just follow my previous instructions and try again. Disable bridge mode on isp router. If it doesn't work, then I will tell you another method which might work.

@Phanindra Musinada I tried but it didn't work. I was not even getting internet on Xbox when I did that.

Are you getting internet on other devices? How did you exactly enabled bridge mode ? Does Airtel use pppoe ?
