dsl link goes off

I am having a weird problem where in sometimes the dsl light starts blinks and then goes off. Changed to a new modem. No help.This happens mostly during the day and rarely happens at night times. Oh i have changed the splitter to new one as well. Please help.

The above stats are of my new modem.I am not able to connect at all using my old modem(no adsl link at all)Where to uncheck adsl2+. Could not find it.

i think this is not modem prob aur line problem..

its the problem with the BSNL itself...!

are you NIB1 user?

ip address starts with 59.xxx.xxx.xxx then u r in NIB -1
ip address starts with 117.xxx.xxx.xxx then u r in NIB -2

bsnl changed some settings.. also changed BB username.

I got a call from BSNL & they gave me my new user id.

No NIB2Are you a NIB1 user..?Oh and by the way i was on home 500 plan earlier which had ip address 59.xxx.xxx.xxxChanged to home combo 1100 a year ago now its 117.xxx.xxx.xxxBut the disconnections are very recently(from 2-3 months).
