DSL not stable

Get the line fixed. Poor line quality.

The line man already changed the pole from where the line comes.

They changed the line first, it didn't show any improvement so they changed the pole too.

PS : line here refers to from the modem to the joint outside the house

You need to buy a better modem. Trust me, it makes a big difference as far as line stability is concerned.
I use the TP-Link TD-8817 and my BSNL line is stable like a rock.

Actually my setup is UTStarcom WA3002G4(wifi type 4) modem connected to a Belkin 650DB router being used on PPPOE mode. Cause the range of the former modem was not good enough.*Belkin N600 DB
