They changed the line first, it didn't show any improvement so they changed the pole too.
 
You need to buy a better modem. Trust me, it makes a big difference as far as line stability is concerned.
I use the TP-Link TD-8817 and my BSNL line is stable like a rock.

Actually my setup is UTStarcom WA3002G4(wifi type 4) modem connected to a Belkin 650DB router being used on PPPOE mode. Cause the range of the former modem was not good enough.*Belkin N600 DB
 
hey , i m using bsnl broadband and i m not getting dsl since 5 days my phone line is ok but still i can't connect to internet

please somebody help me ????????????
