dynamic dns not updating automatically after reboot provided hardware Nokia G-140W-F

I just got a new Airtel Xtremefiber, the technician installed Nokia G-140W-F internet works fine, I configured dynamic dns to use to USB file server and entered NOIP details, it will update the NOIP records each time I manually click on enable dynamic DNS and save but won't update new IP records as soon as the device is rebooted or gets a new IP address after recovering for power failure.Kindly tell if anyone faced similar issue and how to deal with it

@asdftest the need is all other devices won't be there and it will be remain on always updating ddns comfortably/regularly, my concern here is why the router or has anyone faced similar in this hardware

@Arunesh Dutta so i found that the dynamic dns does update but it's not instantaneous ...my wan ip got refreshed sometime yesterday and after a couple of hours no-ip got synced on its own so it does work but it's not known when or what triggers the update and there's no way to set a fixed interval

Any luck here. Facing same issue with my Nokia router
