Error while playing channels on Jio TV

I get the error when I play any channel on Jio TV. It is happening today. The error is "We just encountered an unexpected error! Please try again. (81023681)"

Is any one else getting this error?

To watch Star channels either you downgrade the apk or wait for jio to start Hotstar premium subscription.

@Deep Saha are you on older apk or is it working for you on the latest apk? If you are on the latest apk, may be you are already having the Hotstar premium membership?

I am not on older apk , I always use latest apk when update is availabe in play..

And Hotstar premium still not availabe showing will be available soon

When you click on Star channels, isn't the JIO TV app not redirecting you to Hotstar app? Hotstar opens but nothing gets streamed for me.

Yes it redirects to Hotstar and channel plays fine..even premium ones..and i am using jioplay from the time jio integrated with hotstar and its working fine..but premium shows / serials dont work though only live channels work

Reinstall hotstar may help you..
