ESPN offer to Tata Sky not permissible: Tdsat

i purchased Tata Sky for watching WWE in tensports as i am a die hard fan of WWE

The news is not good for any of us..ESPN broadcasts only 3 channels, ESPN, Star Sports, Star Cricket..What is the problem for Tata Sky to buy it as a pack, DO they not want their subscribers to watch all 3??Would this mean, we are not going to see one of these channels in the future??As per a-le-carte rules, Tata can pick channels of choice and pay for them only.. The pricing will be much higher than what is being offered as a 3 channel pack..This is kinda wierd! TataSky is wasting money behind all this..Also, the a le carte rules apply to only DTH owners, not the subscribers..Tata will choose which channels we want and which ones we should not, Its like a parent body to us.. WTF!

Ok guys, Tell me one thing. Tata Sky is launching the new Sports Platinum pack which has ESPN, Star Sports and Star Cricket because of the dispute between ESPN Software and Tata Sky. Right? Then why are they also launching the Lifestyle Silver pack that has BBC World, BBC Entertainment and Ceebees. Is it that Tata Sky is also having disputes with the BBC Corportaion? I really don't understand what is the need of the Lifestyle Silver pack?

And probably the Platinum pack could put on hold as neither ESS is sure and as in other thread by SYK_GAZER that TEN SPORTS also remain in base pack.

But if that move is put on hold on hold, they ll not run the scroller on those four channels... but still they are showing those four channels with scroller means they are sure to launch that pack ....
