I just checked with CS:GO, I'm seeing 10-20 Packet Loss there too.

Excitel is down for me from last 1-2 hours now.
okay so i download a program called winmtr that shows tracert and losses.
i am seeing losses upto 85% at excitels ip address 103.56.228.1
@ajgamer can you download this program and check ip's of rainbow six and cs go?
i pinged googles ip and it went through 103.26.229.1 which has 0% loss
i dont know if this lan switch at 103.56.228.1 is the culprit.
this is dota 2's sea ip

It looks like excited has some routing issues or some bottlenecking with Thier Tata transit link. Google is fine because excited directly peers with Google.okay so i download a program called winmtr that shows tracert and losses.

103.56.228.1 is their exiting gateway which is same for every excitel customer.okay so i download a program called winmtr that shows tracert and losses.

I can't check that right now since my Excitel Broadband Connection is down right now from last 8 hours now.
P.S.: Airtel is working so smooth to be honest. I am using Airtel after ages for this long.
I was seeing 5 streams of Twitch on Airtel (max) and no buffering, No Speed Issue, No Packet Loss.
Issue is with the Excitel only.
i think it is mainly due to overselling of bandwidth. my packet loss was mild during 2-5 pm. it become worse during 7-9 pm and it was gone completely after 12 am. its been running smooth since then.
