atleast you are getting 54mbps. here my dad is on excitel and claims speeds to be 20-30mbps atleast twice a week.
Mostly excitel is EPON and fails to survive during peak load hours.

Excitel just closed a 90 days old ticket of mine which was about speed issues. On a 400 mbps plan I am barely getting 300 mbps. Going to stick with 300 mbps plan if I renew next time.

their 400meg plan is not feasible at all. Its a scam tbh, its overselling of already saturated bandwidth. 400meg on EPON is scam.
@anmolbhard004 based on older replies of sushubh, he is using 300mbps plan.

Yup. lol. speeds are worse now. I hope it gets better after 11pm. I would really hate to look for another service provider. I can manage with few hours of slowdown during peak times.

lol. direct i am barely getting 11-15mbps on excitel's own server. But I do manage to cross 100mbps on Warp.
