Ah yeah. I thought they had a problem with ONT rather than Excitel Portal showing 100Mbps.

Check the cable connecting ONT and Router. Maybe try changing it

One end of lan is in internet port in router while other in ont.
Even when i am connecting ont directly with laptop it is still giving 90mbps of speed.
Laptop has gigabit port.

When connected directly to laptop, what speed is shown on this screen. Your's will be Ethernet status instead of WiFi status.

Yes, but I had a word with optilink as well, vendor of ONT.
They say that excitel needs to update the firmware in ONT to get the respective speed.

One more thing - I hope archer c6 ac1200 gigabit router is capable for using 300mbps plan.

C6 should be fine in close proximity at least on wifi 5.
