I did not really track what sites i was experiencing issues with though connecting to oracle VMs in sweden and netherlands is painfully slow, getting like 1-2 Mbps on both of them, able to get around 13-14 Mbps using airtel 4G though (which is just the speed i normally get on 4G)
speedtest to both of those region seems to be fine though
also as Sushubh said telegram is slow

edit - cf warp is really bas as well, can't even open a basic website while using it

yea telegram is screwed for me and I'm using a VPN (SurfShark Mumbai).

Azire doesn't have indian servers. Quite annoying.

i believe the speed issues are mainly related to EU locations, can anyone test EU based sites (or servers if they have) for example loading hetzner.com is slower or something like AMS2 Speedtest | DigitalOcean

hetzner, ovh many sites are slow today.
seems like a European peering issue
