Excitel Fiber Broadband Experience in Delhi NCR

Renewed my plan to 200Mbps still facing lags and slow speeds, any tips to fix it?
Tried restarting the ONU.

It happens for 2-3 days whenever you change the plans. I think you should wait for 2-3 days to get it fixed automatically. I think they change some routing or any sort of stuff. Happens to me every year when I upgrade plans .

Finally Airtel is in my area, why not few days ago when I renewed my excitel plan

Even Airtel 100Mbps plan is out of my budget , after my excitel plan gets over will switch to Airtel Black Wifi + DTH @699
40Mbps + TV will be a good package for me.

So I wanted to re activate my excitel account after 1+ year but it turns out that the fiber from outside was cut. Lco guys said that I will charged for the wire @ 15 rs per meter and some reactivation fee. I denied saying that its their job to maintain the wire and that I never really disconnected the excitel account completely. I still have their ONU.

Was I right in saying No to them? or is it fair to pay for these charges?

I think I will disconnect the connection completely and ask for my refundable deposit back.
