Excitel is forcing their mobile app on their customers

Excitel has removed all the diagnostics and support raising buttons from their web portal my.excitel.com

Every other option is now gone except making online payment, check account details, plan validity, connection active status & current plan.

There's a banner below saying for anything service related download Android or IOS app. Good that they've removed all of it.

Also their app's beta testing has been removed and it's only stable release now.

My plan expires in 50 days and I'm hoping they'll launch GX wifi 6 router with 1Gbps plan. So I could upgrade and get their infra fixed by bringing all engineers in my city all at once to my place just like I did in June this year.

Just noticed can't even file a ticket or view status of existing ones on the web. I wonder if they are at least going to show widespread issue status on the web. Shitty behaviour.

Yes, they've removed it just before Diwali. Also, the connection except Peered servers barely work for some brief period, everyday it happens in the evening and today it happened in the morning as well. They're going downhill.

They don't have, I've been expecting it every year since 2022 yet 3 years later it isn't here.

A little update... My friend from Agra is also experiencing high ping issues like 60-80 MS to Google which is just trash. Even Excitel's own server is giving 26 ms which is far higher than usual <10 ms. They've messed up PAN India.

Excitel has just turned into another airtel, their team is incompetent.. Just taking salary while doing minimum work to keep the network alive just like BSNL. All the routers for replacement they have are second hand refurbished. They are slowly killing all features from their portal and now this constant network breakage PAN India including my state Rajasthan along with Delhi, UP, Telangana etc. I think it is time for mass disconnection.

@unnecessary Yea their routers are pretty bad, if it's true they are giving second hand refurbished then it's just worse. I have gotten 2-3 router replacement and all are bad, current one is the worst as the ui just hangs up if i visit Network section and then doesn't open until i restart the router.
