checked ip location of my traced routes and the ISP is TATA and extreme-ix

Seems to be a single lane IP transit relying completely on Tata ie the IP - 14.141.116.161

Also checking the RISLG - RIPEstat UI 2020

It does not announce any other secondary routes. Your transit is AS4755, which then forwards to AS6453 and then to the required destination.
For domestic, it'd probably be up to AS4755.

If they're using TATA backbone can't they give landline/VoIP services with it?
