Existing subscribers of Reliance Jio Fiber: Have you been upgraded to new truly unlimited plans?

It's Jio fiber 1st anniversary today. And you are saying you are a customer of it for almost 4 years.

There was a free preview offer before the official paid rollout.

Official paid rollout started in December, it's just 9 months. They had given free preview offer for about 3 years, not possible.

I recharged with the new silver plan on 1st September and had a weird experience. On Netvelocity and Ookla Speed test, i am getting only 30-40 Mbps (up & down) on both 2.4 & 5 Ghz wifi (I tried both Jio and non jio servers). Earlier, i used to easily get 95/10 on 5 Ghz. Also, the ping is much higher(50-60 ms) than before(30ms). Whereas,on Google's M -Lab speed test i am getting 95/70 Mbps with 30-40 ms ping.

They had been beta testing the Fiber for almost 3+ years.

@MadAxe yes, only in Mumbai but not for 3 years for sure. It's a long time period.
And if that's so, you must be a relative of the Ambanis.
