Existing subscribers of Reliance Jio Fiber: Have you been upgraded to new truly unlimited plans?

It seems the migration of plans are still not yet completed, and the speeds and unlimited data would be upgraded by tonight - Jio CC
 
so i have been transferred to new plan but i cannot understand what they mean by expires on 15th September but renews on 5th october

@praz it means, that your current plan expires on 15th September. Renews on 5th October does not matter if you don't have any other plan in queue. It is only to ensure that less than 3300 GB is used in 30 days.
 
Wait so will this data from 3300 gb remain for next plan if plan next plan start before 5 Oct?
 
No it won't. Unlimited data also expires along with base plan as can be seen in the image above (the expiry date).
 
My account is now showing 3300 GB Data valid for 30 days.
I still have 220 GB remaining on my existing plan. My existing plan expires in 4 days.
Jio gave me this 3300 GB data knowing very well, I will not even use 1 MB of this since my old data has not been completely used.
I rather wish they would have given me symmetric speeds starting today..
Look at their mindset - They will give you something which we will never use - And something which we will use - they will never give us...
