False grace period

hi,i get connected on dec'29, I made first recharge on feb'27, but yesterday (22/03/2008), first time message shows that i have only 8 days only to recharge. i dont understand, their about the grace period

did u recharge for a month? so obviously it wud expire by end of month.i think grace period doesnt mean that u can see channels. grace period only means that u can recharge b4 that time b4 ur account completely deactivates or deleted.

Last month end may be 27 or 28 only i recharged for Rs.200. I am talking about intial 2months free time

initial 2 months free = dec end to feb end1 month recharge = feb end to mar endso what and where is the problem?

Guys i made a recharge for Rs 500 on 16-feb 2008. I thought it should last 5 months but the selfcare information of sundirect website shows 16 apr 2008 as the expiry date.Also my account balance is -295. i dont get it! why does it show like this.
