Hi Guys, It all started when i made the mistake of buying Dish TV. The day when i got the STB, i called the CC people to get it installed. Generally it takes max 2 days for them to come and install this "WISH" TV. But for me it took 15 days for them to come. I used to call the CC everyday, i even talked to their supervisors, but of no use. Now i logged a complaint 4 days back, that the signal strength that I am getting is 40%, which is very low, so i am not able to watch all the channels clearly. They told me that it will be solved in 24-48 hrs. Today is the 4th day, and i have already called the CC so many times. I dont know what to do with this piece of S***. Guys what should i do? I am in NOIDA, you have the area manager number, whom i can call, or should i throw this WISH TV off my roof? The only thing that i am happy about is that i paid Rs 999 only for this, as i got this with my LCD TV. So even if i throw it off, it wont pinch me much, But the bottom line is, the customer care is sooooooooooo bad of Dish tv. They are not at all customer frendly and dont listen to you. I WISH i meet Sharukh Khan one day, i will fix the DISH on his head and put the STB in his mouth and the remote, well you can guess where it will go,, So bhaiyo,, aur WISH mat karo....
