But I didnt really find many changes mainly because I was already using Fedora 12 with all the latest updates to date. Which means that I was pretty much having similar softwares (nearby versions) already.
But look wise its better and smoother. I liked the notification area.. which now does not popup one over other but stays behind one other.
It already has Firefox 4.0.1. Havent checked Gnome 3 but shud be good. As of now KDE is way better for me.
OpenOffice is replaced by LibreOffice for obvious reasons.
System boots up very fast (and shuts down even faster!). Thanks to new systemd software which boots many programs in parallel instead of one by one.
Overall to me additional feature wise it has not changed much except few things here and there.
But if you are a new user of Fedora.. you will be very impressed.

Oh I forgot to mention. I have also switched to 64bit version from 32bit.
@amish, can u pls check and tell me whether android phone is detecting on fedora15 using USB cable? I am having problem with Fedora14 detecting Android 2..
Fedora 15 now has kernel 3.0!!Though they versioned it 2.6.40 because many RPM package look for 2.6 kernel.btw. 2.6.39 is last version of real kernel.. so 2.6.40 is not real!!
