Fiber Pppoe password

Hello, how do I know my PPPOE username? I received modem from BSNL. But they aren't telling me credentials, both for the router (192.168.1.1)and the PPPOE My prior broadband username was SG**********_Scdrid(pin dial code, and phone number), now they gave a new number to the connection
It's Password is usually password right?

I use bsnl, the username is basically like this

Enter first two letters of your registered name
Then write your landline number without space
Idk what this is but mine has _nid after the landline number
After this nid thing, simply put @ftth.bsnl.in

At end it should be smthing like this
[email protected]

Password is "password" all in lowercase.

I am not sure but you also need VLAN id also for this to work out!!

If you login to router admin panel, you'll see username there.
