in India every thing is based on price of the product.I purchased Haire LCD 42 Inch yesterday for Rs. 29990 after exchange. (1080p,HDMI, blah blah).Works perfect on Tata Sky SD. Seems TS SD has upscaled after June 7 2011 firmware upgrade.Still planning to go for TS HD or TS PVR.Want to know one thing... if TS HD is 1080i today.. if tommorow some channels broadcast in 1080p, will TS HD deliver in 1080p?

It was a historical moment for Indian sports as FIFA president Sepp Blatter on Thursday announced that India will be hosting the Under-17 Football World Cup in 2017.

The other countries that were in the contention to host the competition were South Africa, Uzbekistan and Republic of Ireland.

As per the bid, eight cities - New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Margao, Kochi, Pune and Guwahati - are in line to be the venues of the tournament.

This was only option for India to enter FIFA World Cup draw
