Almost out. It all depends on the tonight's game between Italy and Costa Rica. If Costa Rica wins or even there's a draw then England are out. If Italy wins they have a chance and then they have to beat Costa Rica and wait for the result of the match between Italy and Uruguay next week hoping for another Italy win.
