I am currently using touch net isp. They have a plan of 750 rs in which I get 11gb 2mbs and after that fup kicks in @300kbps.
My problem is
1. As per TRAI a broadband has to provide min of 512kbps. When I discussed the same with my isp I got a very rude reply saying that we provide same to everyone. You cannot say anything. And TRAI rules apply only to govt isps not to them. I want to file a complaint against this? Can I do it directly to TRAI? Please suggest all the methods of complaints, online submission is preferred.
2. They blocked my torrent so that I cannot download anything from it. They say it puts load on the entire machine. I think FUP is to control that. I get 11gb high speed and I shall be allowed to visit any website and download anything from internet after that I get dropped to 300kbps to take off the load. They were forcing me to take costly plan to use torrent. Please suggest how to file complaint regarding this also.
