Hellow to all,I have booked my big Tv 2nd September and called their customer care for installation. After making 3-4 calls and delay in installation I got frustrated about the installation and hearing same and same excuses. I was really feeling awful and then I contacted their head person and explaind my problem as many of us heaving same problem, after hearing each and every words from my side they told me the reasons behind it and also assure me that my installation will be done soon. Even he was saying that they are hiring and training more and more engineers to reach more installation calls.After 2 days of my call their person came for installation and explained the whole functions and features, that guy was really well trained. It tool nearly 5 days for installation and now after using Big tv for whole one week it inspired me to write about big tv. I don’t have any issues now and I am happy with MPEG 4 picture and good number of channel (smart 3990) and I hope they are improving their man power to serve more. And in my case I must say “ sabar ka fal meetha hota hai”
