Finally I am happy with Big Tv!

Hellow to all,I have booked my big Tv 2nd September and called their customer care for installation. After making 3-4 calls and delay in installation I got frustrated about the installation and hearing same and same excuses. I was really feeling awful and then I contacted their head person and explaind my problem as many of us heaving same problem, after hearing each and every words from my side they told me the reasons behind it and also assure me that my installation will be done soon. Even he was saying that they are hiring and training more and more engineers to reach more installation calls.After 2 days of my call their person came for installation and explained the whole functions and features, that guy was really well trained. It tool nearly 5 days for installation and now after using Big tv for whole one week it inspired me to write about big tv. I don’t have any issues now and I am happy with MPEG 4 picture and good number of channel (smart 3990) and I hope they are improving their man power to serve more. And in my case I must say “ sabar ka fal meetha hota hai”;)

I can vouch on that. I see a little bit of improvement in the customer care. Earlier the "system/server slow/down" replies was a writing on stone. However, now I am able to get my queries answered. But still I only see improvement, not all issues resolved.
 
Yeah even i also noticed that people who are subscribing big dth connection are getting faster installation then previous ones, its good that reliance have improved their customer service team :thumbsup:
 
But what about the other issues like stb hanging, channels switching slowly,:whistle:
 
Latest item posted on moutshut reflecting the current scenario in Bangalore :ashamed:Recently i went to a Big Tv dealer to enquire whether he can assure me that he will get it installed within a week. But he had already stopped selling Big Tv because he was fed up with installation team. 3-4 people were in argument with him & had come to return STB becoz they had bought it before 25 days. Also dealer told me that people have started beating up the installation teams & some have left the job. One of the installation guy was almost beaten to death & this news has reached ambani’s. So he has ordered to stop distributing STBs until further notice....!!!! So all have to stop selling for some time..... Also he told a shocking info that there are only 8 installation teams in Bangalore....!!! all the teams have 450+ installation still pending & growing.......But undoubtedly BIG TV is the best w.r.t Cost & Clarity & variety of channels as i have seen it myself...So people who want to buy please wait until all issues are resolved.....
 
If they have only 8 installation teams as compared to 450 + , then this seriously shows Reliance's commitment to customer service...They only care until the product is sold ..but after that whatever happens to the customer is not their concern..And I dont know why the big brains in Reliance could not anticipate installation requests...Imagine a customer buys the STB and then comes back to return it..what impression does it leave
 
Reliance, the worst ever DTH in INDIA....what is gruantee that our DTH will run without any problems always even after the installation. When the issues are started.,then it is very difficult to deal with BIG TV CC. I hate this service. Now a days am not calling to CC for anything. Just let them to do whatever. now I use to the Slow menu navigation., hanging problems etc....:wall:
