exactly. there is something called common sense.

either you treat people are stupid and let's all move to primitive ages.

or you move on with the times and behave rationally.

most people today in usa are rooting against the gun laws which were made like centuries ago. conditions back then were not the same as today so we have to move on with the times. slavery was abolished. women were allowed to vote. apartheid is history in most parts of the world.

today, people are against guns. for legalization of marijuana and gay marriages and freedom of speech and expression.

if you have low tolerance for things, there is nothing the society can do for you.

cool. so you are basically saying that ciggies are safer than weed? smoking carcinogenic chemicals is safer than smoking natural herbs? nice.
 
now i just dont know how u came to conclusion of drug(herbs) are better than ciggies...........fyi i can get u natural herbs which can kill a person easily ............how about that??a natural herb is always safer than chemical in ciggies ??? wow .......we can eat any herb found in nature then i just asked u how u came to conclusion ..............and being a natural herb is meaning safe is lame
 
Looking at the way the brutality is being justified, i really thank the lawmakers of India/the makers of the basic framework of Indian economy, who considered Indian conditions well, and have not allowed stuff like Guns/Drugs to be sold openly. Of course there will be illegal stuff going on, but its still illegal.Coz in the name of "Freedom of Expression", we Indians, wud have ended up self-annihilating the country.

To me, "ban high story buildings because ppl can jump" sounds as ludicrous as "ban honey singh because his songs cause rape".

Thats where the problem lies. Building high rises, in itself doesnt glorify jumping off them. But a song that glorifies brutality, is in fact glorifying brutality.

So thats the reason why we have so much ambiguity around legislations. People do not want to follow the intention of it. They want to follow its word.
 
Yes. If you create such a thread, people will think you are an idiot, no one will go out and commit a rape.
 
@ManuBut then, that wud give the signal, that u do support the crime. Thats the exact point he intended to make i guess. And in fact, anyone who agrees with the comments of the OP in that thread, wud also become a supporter of that crime.
 
Human psyche is not that simple. If tomorrow I go commit a shootout and claim that the Army's use of guns was glorious in my view and inspired me to commit that crime, would you support banning/arresting army officers. People who commit rape are sick, twisted individuals. They can get inspired from watching the movie Jism to commit a rape. What is considered glorifying in person A's eyes may not be in B's eyes and vice versa.
