I don't need to amend the constitution, all i need to say is that I don't find it obscene or indecent or immoral because neither of us can prove it either way. Actually if you actually want to ban things, you need to define morality better. A good advocate might easily find a loophole in the law.

So take it who cares?Wanna do weed, coccaine, lsd, go do nobody cares it's your life.You like Mozart do listen to him, If i say Mozart was a massive idiot and his music was bollocks and justin beiber is what music actually is, would it really affect the society or anyone else??

Next, moving on to the next point...Now the definition of decent itself you may argue can change, but the basic norm would be that is is something that you would be proud of doing/singing whatever in front of your family, relatives, public. So, do you agree with this definition from each individuals perspective
 
Fine again. But at this point since we are having a debate, I would like to explore your point of view. So, two things happened here - you are ok with the definition, but you feel a person might be having a point of view wherein singing these songs etc is perfectly fine in front of the family & you respect that view and hence the definition is not ok for that person. so, which is it.
 
So going by the definition above and what you said about the song being decent - You are comfortable with singing etc in front of your folks and you are also comfortable with some random unknown person doing the same in front of your family as he is also behaving in a decent manner. Correct?
