This is the issue I was talking about on Samsung phones. Yes Bank app was updated on 30th November. Google Play Store is showing the update today

Is it like previously App was updated on 30 Nov. Today again new update is available?

Samsung phones disable the app if it's not used for a while. When it's disabled, Google will not offer any updates to it.
After using it once again, It's enabled and then you might see an update once google scans it again? idk

Can confirm this happens. And the updates for the disabled apps shows up fine in Galaxy Store.

Having same issue after one UI 5 update. Apps that got updated 2 days ago shows "Last Updated 3 weeks ago" doesn't matter whether app is disabled or not .

It also show very old updates for apps I use literally daily.

That's strange. I'll keep an eye and see if this happens on my S21.
