and they have staff of 80 people in my city, still they are unable to handle COD of more than 4999/- not even for customers
who have never returned any product.
So do they hire staff who cannot be considered to be reliable when handling products above Rs.5k
or
They just don't want to remain in market with the size they grew to earlier.

Seems they are winding up on things & areas which could have been strong sales point.
