Forgot WiFi Password

How can I see my WiFi Password ? I checked in My Jio App there is only option to change . Strangely , when I checked in the router page there is no option to view my password. Can somebody please help me with this issue ? I can't reset the router because there are so many devices connected to it.

Another option is to use a phone that shows the password as a QR code for sharing and then use an app to decode it.
