not only reliance, bsnl also have same problems....... not to me but my neighbours,friends etc....So keep the bill atleast 1 year. bcoz bsnl states that there is a bill due 6 months back and that bill amount + fine. they need to pay that money what to do. we only keep the bils for one month. so better keep bsnl bills for 1 year.......
