Tata Indicom Maharashtra offers Tata to Tata free in prepaid option

both reliance and tata offer unlimited calls within their own network for a fixed rental a month. its available both as a prepaid as well as a postpaid option. if u want UL calling, GSM sucks! in india atleast, none of them offer UL calls to normal consumers. special packs may be available tho, as piyush has jus said.
