Frequent Disconnection on Reliance Jio Airfiber

So they "somewhat" fixed our connection, the internet is not longer all over the place but there is heck ton of packet loss during certain times of the day.

They first thing, the technicians did was replacing the Ethernet cable that connects to the ODU.
Then they told us that the ODU had a firmware update after the connection was "somewhat" fixed.
I am saying somewhat since there is heck ton of packet loss during certain times of the day which very much annoying.

But this makes clear at least in my area that the issue from entirely from there end and it took them a good 3 weeks to acknowledge it.
 
I am facing issues since the day they installed at my place a month back. Raised 3 SRs so far but without resolving issues they close after 3-4 days. Technicians do not come on scheduled time and later put SR on hold saying "did not get access to premises. Only 1 visit so far by their so called technician, who doesn't know much technically. Raised complaint on CPGRAMS too but they got it closed by giving false update. Raises appeal and not waiting for response. Everyday spending 1-2 hours calling their cust care, writing emails, tracking updates etc. It's not only waste of money but also kind of a harassment after paying for an year. They are not ready to refund even when they are not able to provide services. Total waste.
 
why to pay for a year in first hand?/
people spending 50 k+ on a new thing/ something that has not been tested properly is a waste of money completely and also taking straightaway for a year.🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
 
@anmolbhard004 Jio Fiber doesn't do plans above 100 MBPS at this moment, and none of them cross over 12K for the year. People spew all sorta drama, with regards to the payments.

Regardless @Faruk Just had the engineers come over and update the ODU Firmware for whatever that did, I asked them for the IDU firmware update as well, but got zilch. Stable connection since the Firmware update.
 
I am using Jio Air fibre and facing the same issue of frequent disconnection. The support team is just sending the technicians at place but they are unable to resolve this issue. When asking for disconnection. They are denying for any refund. I have paid 6 months of advance and i cannot regret more using it. worst connection ever!
 
Anyone from Pune area facing issue to jio air fiber ?
if i turn off the router turn it on, internet not connects, red light continuously blinks. i turn off and on the switch multiple times with 15-20 mins of gap and after doing such for 2-3 hours, then net gets connected. Any solution to this ?
 
Yes I am from Pune area and facing issues with JIO AIrfibre since the day I got it installed. Its a scam by JIO.
