MTNL Mumbai Getting 1 Mbps on a 2 Mbps plan

Hey there guys!

I have subscribed to the MTNL Broadband 750 combo (2 Mbps uptil 8 GB and then 1 Mbps)

From 2 weeks, I have been getting download speeds of 60-70 KBps on the 1 Mbps (post FUP) and speeds of 110 KBps on the 2 Mbps (pre-FUP), so basically half the subscribed speeds.

Can any1 help me on how to solve this issue?

It was completely all right till 10-15 Oct...

u don;t have option beside booking online complaint.
expect worse and hope for best .

Same problem here. Speed is reduced to half.
