False. The V7A architecture in ARM A15 and A7 devices supports more than 4GB of RAM through LPAE.

PAE is different and yes 4 GB is the hardtheoritical limit for any 32 bit with PAE. Not more than that. Practically can utilize more than 3.5 GB. But a 64bit supports limitless amount of ram or beyond enduser's affordability. As most endusers can't afford more than 4-8 GB. IMO 64 bit + limitless ram is just a marketing fluff (specially in palm devices). Though suitable for servers or super comps
