I'm on 117.201.x.x with google and Cloudflare DNS, GitHub is working fine for me(for now).

Now I'm on 59 series right now after a few restarts and yeah still on Google dns

Yeah, the 140.82.113.3 works fine from BSNL, it's only the 13.234.x.x which is through AWS India that has issues.
