My friend set up the tab to check its working and then he passed on the tab when he came to India.
I realized I can open his gmail so I disabled automatic syncing.
I use my tablet alone ..so I needed an single account where I could export all my data. Seeing his email ID pop up was kinda annoying.

Best would be to reset the tablet and connect it with your account from scratch.

Hard to say, it is a very generic name. What apps you found in manage application section?

I found so many, removed many such as TweetDeck for Google Buzz , flipboard and so on.
But most of them which I am not using.
Its scary.
