GoDaddy allows its resources to be delegated to someone else in an easy way. My clients do this regularly without exposing their own credentials to me. Of course, most other domain registrars (Amazon Route 53, GoogleDNS, etc) allow this as well. However, it is just easier with GoDaddy.
cloudflare do not really offer any other service that GoDaddy does apart from domains. and you still cannot buy domains on cloudflare. and they still do not support a lot of domain types. including .co and .in lol.
You probably have not checked namesilo and porkbun. There is not much difference between cloudflare and these two providers. Namesilo charges 8.99$ and Porkbun charges 8.56$ for .com
