Good download speed but Youtube/FB/Insta buffers

Hey I am getting adequte download speed of 250-300 mbps as per my 300 mbps plan BUT youtube on 4k buffers, both on TV and phone/PC
Insta/FB loads pictures and videos in low quality
Customer care arent acknowledging such problem
Any input?

Is 110 ms ping normal? server is mumbai and I am in Kolkata

Ping is abnormally high.

Try changing your DNS servers to Google or Cloudflare

Is this on Wifi?

If yes, use the Wifiman app and check if there's interference with your AP

@TJ10 yes, the airtel router is connected via lan to Netgear orbi router across the hall with its satellite in my room and all my devices are connected to wifi configured on netgear.

I checked wifiman and these are results-

@Rhishav no improvements. Would you recommend requesting Airtel to enable bridge mode on their modem as they dont support DNS change at modem level

Yes enable bridge mode and use your own router for all the settings.

try control d dns i am living in kolkata to same issue happened with me but after try different settings and dns i came with control d dns works gr8 the ping and all are low and every website ,youtube or any other services are working fast

fot me Airtels default and control d dns only gives good speed you should also chck your ip addresse location as it sometimes shift it to some state where the speed is slow @pissairtel
