Speed : 300 Kbps
It's unlimited................
Download speed : usually around 37.5 KB/sec

Never ever go with Reliance Broadnet internet.. Its total shit.. My connection is down for almost 15 days in a month.. am using it bcoz Airtel doesn't have feasibility

As you live in MUMBAI you should go Reliance Broadnet (Wired connection)
I don't know about WiMax, that's why I am telling you this.
Reliance with 300 kbps unlimited you get good download speed around 37-40 KB/sec.
I don't know about torrent downloading.
I didn't ever get speed for torrent above 12 KB/sec. ( because I am using 75 kbps conetion ) .
So, go for Reliance Broadnet
