it is a joke to be honest. there are restaurants and dhabas that have seating in both non-ac and ac halls. bills would be different for them. and different food items have different taxes so one can only imagine the kind of bill that would need to be generated. what about winters? would you be paying more tax just because you are in a restaurant with installed acs? how about your bill if there is a power cut and acs are not working?
