What if supplier does not accept invoice at all (as if not issued)?
Who to approach for dispute?
I have already paid tax and also claimed it in GSTR3B.
Supplier has nothing to lose. He already got his money (plus taxes which he did not pay to government)
No clarity on this. And I believe this is where frauds will happen.
