7. Buyer would not have option to claim credit for any invoice not uploaded by seller

And there we go... this effectively makes GST same as VAT.

So GST is just a name change and software change to existing system.

Why should buyer depend on seller? What if seller charges GST but does not add invoice?

Means I paid GST but I cant claim ITC!!
