Also TECHNICAL thing in above tweet is that they say TRAN 1 should be filed by 30 September.

But actual rule states that it should be filed within 90 days since July 1st.

So 90 days = 28th September (as July and August are 31 day months)

Look at this ... everyone is complaining that there is no response from GST Helpdesk.

They dont respond to emails as well as calls.

And @askGSTech keeps telling people to approach GST helpdesk,

My friend failed to file GST return (even after paying all the tax) because they did not resolve technical issue even after 25days.

And now he will have to pay LATE FILING FEES whenever and if the issue is resolved


And GST tech itself is sleeping from 17 hours now. Such a wide scale operation - it should be taking queries 24x7 even on holidays there should be team handling queries.

25th was last date and they enjoyed holiday.
